St Mark’s hall
The large hall is available both during the day and evenings by community groups. It is available for appropriate educational, cultural, artistic and community activities, as well as council and government elections, and St Mark’s related activities. It is not generally available for birthday parties.
The facility includes an approximately 150m2 hall, fully equipped kitchen (with contemporary crockery and cutlery), stage, approx 12 tables and approx 100 chairs, toilets, PA system (with CD player input) and air conditioning (and ceiling fans). The hall can handle approximately:
- 50 people in a dance class
- 100 people seated in auditorium arrangement
- 100 people seated for sit-down dinners
- 200 people for a stand-up function
The hall is wheelchair and pram accessible with access from The Mall.

Grosvenor room
This meeting room is a smaller option of approximately 40m2 and can be booked day and night. It accommodates 20-25 people and includes the following features:
- fully equipped kitchen
- tables and chairs
- air conditioning
- 50” TV / monitor, usable for multi-media presentations
- electronic keyboard
- level access to male and female toilets
The meeting room is wheelchair and pram accessible with access from Grosvenor Road.
